Processing & Shipping
Twin Mama Co. offers shipping services through USPS (United States Postal Service) & UPS (United Parcel Service). Please allow 7-15 business days (not including holidays and weekends) processing time BEFORE your items ship. For non- clothing items processing times increases to 9-18 business days due to the nature of production.
Once an order is made and packaged with love, you will receive a notification of shipment with an attached tracking number. Twin Mama Co. does not reimburse for lost or stolen packages that have a proof of delivery. Please contact USPS/UPS if your package is damaged or lost. All orders are filled in the order in which they were received.
Please allow time to hand craft your order and additional time for package(s) to arrive. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding any US holidays that fall on those days. Shipping days are Monday thru Friday. Orders that come in on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will not begin to process until the next business day.
Be sure to verify your address for shipping. If you happen to enter the wrong address, please contact us @ TwinMamaDesigns@outlook.com before your order ships. Once your order ships, no access to make changes necessary to the address will be available. Twinmama Designs is not liable for orders shipped to the incorrect address that was input during checkout.
Refund / Exchange Policy
All Twin Mama Co. products are made by hand and custom made to order. We are unable to change or cancel orders after they’ve been placed. Due to the products being customized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If any foreseen circumstances arise email twinmamadesigns@outlook.com , so a solution can be provided.
All items are inspected for quality before packaging. If there is a problem with your order once received, please reach out within 3 days from receipt of order via Instagram DM or email. However, if there are any issues with your item we ask that you send them back to us within 7 business days to be eligible for a full refund. Heat press can leave press lines which go away with first wash. If you notice any other defects BEFORE washing or wearing, please reach out by email within 3 days from receipt of order to discuss options available.
No refunds can be given after a shirt has been worn or washed so please inspect your items thoroughly and make sure to follow proper care instructions for washing and drying your shirts. These instructions are included in every package and every listing on this website.
Production Policy
All items are handmade with care and special attention to detail. With that being said, there may be some minor flaws that are out of my control. These include, but are not limited to, air bubbles, and occasionally some colors mixing and changing.
Please note that some of the images shown on some listings are digitalized and shown as a mockup. Actual look on the products can differ slightly as each item is handmade.If personalizing with name please CHECK SPELLING when entering into the notes/personalization section.
Bulk Ordering
For bulk custom shirt or tumbler orders, please email Twinmama Designs at twinmamadesigns@outlook.com to discuss potential discounts and pricing before placing your order online.From there, an invoice will be sent and processing will begin upon receipt of payment. Please allow 14-25 business days (not including holidays and weekends) processing time BEFORE your items ship. For clothing orders with over 20pc payment plans are available, just note all payments must be sufficed in order for the package to ship.
